Dr. Christie Burch is a life saver! I brought in my hearing aid (purchased elsewhere) that never really worked, and asked if she could help me.
Dr. Burch corrected a programming error in my old hearing aid, changed the ear piece to one that catches the low sounds I was missing, added a little anchor wire to keep the device snug in my ear, and brought sounds into my world that I have been missing. Expertise and professionalism – – 10 stars! On top of that, she and her entire staff are totally invested in making you feel welcome and valued. Been here several times over the years as a coal miner . The people are amazing and the office has a pleasant vibe about it. I definitely recommend if your having issues with your hearing and the drive isn’t to far then ascent is definitely the place to go.
